Any member of the Association wishing to resign may submit a written request to the Board of Directors stating the reasons for his resignation from the Assembly. The Board of Directors shall freeze the resignations if the work of the Association deteriorates or its losses amount to half of its share capital or the Assembly was at the beginning of the implementation of a new project
